The Red Light District of Denver, known throughout the city as the street where prostitutes gather. Also, the longest street in America, reaching from Golden through Denver into parts unknown east of Aurora.

A very long avenue in the Denver Metro area in Colorado. Most of East Colfax has prostitutes, drugs, gangs, etc., while most of West Colfax is closer to an ordinary, middle-class street (with the exception of the area of W. Colfax in LoDo, which is rather upper-class).

On this street, there is no absence of drugs and prostitution. There is also an excess of the homeless and fast food resturants.

That one stop between Auburn and Tahoe

A town 15 minutes north of Auburn, CA, located between Applegate and Alta. Colfax is known for it's small population (roughly 2,000) and small businesses. Colfax originally formed due to necessity to store cargo from the railroad that now runs through the small town. Now Colfax is known as a stop for people visiting Tahoe or going skiing in the mountains due to the Starbucks and multiple gas stations.

Colfax is surrounded by forestry and natural vegetation, giving other individuals the impression that many of the Colfax youth are druggies.

Any kind of trickery or scam or misconception. Often found on Colfax or at carnival games. When something appears one way but is the complete opposite. A deceitful act of pure trickery most often fulfilled by a tweaked on Colfax. A Colfax lie often known for the lies that are a daily event on Colfax.

Pants that are either very, very short, or have many rips and tears in them to show a lot of thigh. Worn with the intent of looking slutty/easy.
